This platform bed is made from walnut for the bed frame and headboard. The headboard is upholstered with synthetic sheepskin and features floating shelves on each side. The floating shelves are positioned to allow for multiple uses. The bottom shelf could be for a book or magazine you are ready for, and the top shelf could be used for an alarm clock to charge your phone. In addition to the floating shelves, each side is equipped with an LED adjustable reading light. This is the perfect shearling bed for both a guestroom and a master bedroom.
The headboard stands approximately 36″ high and is sized for a queen mattress. however. I can customize it to fit any mattress you have. The platform bed itself, depending on mattress thickness, is about 18″ tall.
