This was a fun piece of furniture to design in the Shaker style. I built it for my daughter; the large boxy drawers gave it a fun, whimsical look for a kid’s bedroom. It is handmade from solid knotty pine. The frame is dovetailed with exposed dovetails, and all the drawers are built using traditional dovetail joints.
