This Art Deco-inspired floating shelf is made from walnut and features a curved front that adds a touch of uniqueness and helps it stand out as a focal point in any room. The vertical supports are set at different heights, and the shelves are different lengths. This adds a sophisticated charm, allowing different-sized shelf spaces to showcase various art pieces and collectibles.
The overall shelving unit is 48″ tall, 43″ wide, and 10″ deep. The shelves themselves are 7 3/4″ deep, and the vertical spacing between shelves is 9 1/2″ tall.
The shelf is installed on two small French cleats, concealed in the vertical supports. The spacing between the supports is 22 1/2″ apart, so mounting the French cleat clips to the wall using wall anchors or molly bolts is recommended, as the supports will not line up with a typical stud layout.
