Memorial Box Project for Claire Bear
This is one of those projects you wish you never had to do but are honored they trusted you with it. This is a memorial box for a little girl named Claire who passed from epilepsy. The nurses who cared for her affectionately called her Claire Bear, which inspired the design of a bear inlay on the box. Each piece of wood was carefully selected for its natural color to create the inlay, and the process was done entirely by hand.
This project was handcrafted in Colorado.
