- A 10% deposit is collected as a design fee to create design sketches, stain and finish samples, etc.
- Collaborative Design – I’ll sketch initial concepts, and we’ll refine them together until it’s just right.
- Handcrafted with Precision – Once the design is finalized, I’ll meticulously build your piece, paying special attention to all the details we talked about.
- A 50% deposit is collected to start the build.
- Delivery & Installation – Once your custom furniture is completed, we schedule a delivery date and install your custom piece to elevate your Denver home or office.
