- A 10% deposit is collected as a design fee to create design sketches, stain and finish samples, etc.
- Collaborative Design – I’ll sketch initial concepts, and we’ll refine them together until it’s just right.
- Handcrafted with Precision – Once the design is finalized, I’ll meticulously build your piece, paying special attention to all the details we talked about.
- A 50% deposit is collected to start the build.
- Delivery & Installation – Once your custom furniture is completed, we schedule a delivery date and install your custom piece to elevate your Colorado Springs home or office.

A: From design approval to delivery, most projects take 8 to 12 weeks. This can vary based on the complexity of the design, the number of pieces you order, and how many orders are in line before you. I do my best to communicate an estimated delivery date, based on your project and the current workload in the shop. So if you have a particular deadline you need met, please let me know upfront so we can plan for that.
