These Custom doors are made with cherry wood, dyed with a custom blend of espresso stain, and are accented with brushed stainless steel.
A good door design must be modular, so they can be configured to fit any space and function in a house. This door fits that build, in addition to fitting all the different standard door sizes throughout the house. I built these to act as a pocket door, in the bathroom and as a pair of barn doors to close off the office space.
For the hardware, we made an adaptation of a wood pull typically found in Japanese cabinetry that spans across the relief for your finger to go into, and made it out of steel, angling it slightly to add another level of interest to the design,
